Responsibilities :

• Prospect new education clients and identify possible client introductions and new contract needs.
• Identify and recruit qualified education professionals for short-term career assignments within the educational and school services industry
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
• Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a temporary education career move
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals
• Build and maintain unique relationships with education professionals
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service

What We Offer :

Compensation : Sevn reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $60,000 starting, plus commissions.

Salary : $60,000
