We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co KG. As a CNC Machine Operator, your key responsibilities will include setting up and operating CNC Gear-Cutting machines and other equipment as requested. You must have the ability to continuously meet the company's production requirements while ensuring quality work.

Additional Information:
- A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
- Timely evaluations with potential for a pay increase - New Employees are evaluated every six months for the first two years then annually thereafter.
- Paid Vacation - 2-weeks of vacation accrual per year to start, which increases after five years and ten years of service.
Compensation Package:
The base salary for this position is $22 per hour.

- Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment for a minimum of 2 years.
- Aptitude required to understand and apply directions for operating various machinery.
- Good oral and written communication and organizational skills.
