About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the assembly process, ensuring efficient inventory control, part preparation, testing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will possess excellent hand-assembly skills and attention to detail.

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform hand assembly of complex mechanical components with high precision and accuracy.
• Manage parts stockrooms, ensuring timely replenishment and retrieval of components as needed.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance, repairs, and warranty evaluations to optimize equipment performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and service equipment, as well as perform tasks like washing, prepping, painting, packing, shipping, receiving, and general clean-up duties.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet production requirements.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and occasional manual labor.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
