About the Role
This position serves as the primary HR resource for the Dallas facility. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to employees and management in the areas of recruiting, on-boarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. This role assists in implementing HR programs and policies at the local level, supporting special projects, and ensuring accurate, timely, and confidential HR operations.
Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000
Shift: 1st
Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
