What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rural Family Medicine Medical Director position at Seward Community Health Center?
The Opportunity: As the Medical Director/Physician at Seward Community Health Center, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic team of medical professionals, provide clinical direction and oversight, and advise our ED and Board of Directors. You will also have the chance to work in a community health center setting, providing care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve operational performance and meet patient and community needs.
- Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) and Risk Management Programs at SCHC.
- Represent SCHC's medical staff at monthly meetings of the Staff & Board QA Committees and at monthly meetings of the Board of Directors as required.
