Administrative Clerk III
Seward County Assessors Office is accepting applications for the position of an Administrative Clerk III.
This is technical work involving documenting, filing, scanning and retrieving records and information in the County Assessor’s Office. Knowledge of legal descriptions on legal documents would benefit the applicant, but on-the-job training of duties will be provided.
Work involves maintaining and documenting the sales information from the Register of Deeds/Clerk’s office and making sure the GIS is current and updated as necessary. Works directly with title companies, attorneys and the public. General supervision is received from the County Assessor with work reviewed in the form of accuracy, compliance with state statutes, departmental policies and results achieved.
Applicants must be 19 years of age or older, be able to legally perform work in the U.S., have a high school diploma or GED, and have experience in performing clerical work.
Starting wage: $22.66 or more per hour, depending on experience.
