We are a civil defense firm in located in the heart of downtown Royal Oak. We represent municipalities and businesses, and their employees, in various disputes across the state of Michigan. We practice in both State and Federal Courts, with a heavy practice in the federal system. Job Description
As a Law Clerk, you will gain valuable experience in the practical side of law. This position will assist with research, writing, motion practice, discovery, and other general office duties. Those who enjoyed and excelled in classes such as civil procedure, criminal procedure, research/writing, trial practice, and federal jurisdiction, will excel in this position.
This position can be either full or part-time and is ideal for a law student. We require a minimum of three to four part-time days per week, based upon your school schedule. This position also allows for future employment following graduation and bar passage with the right candidate.

We are located in downtown Royal Oak and are in-office every day. We provide close parking to all employees.
