Responsibilities :
Communicate vehicle concerns to the Assistant Service Manager (ASM)
Complete normal quick service repairs on customer vehicles
Perform video MPIs on vehicles
Manage repair orders to ensure service completion by promise times
Maintain a professional work station including tool box, vehicle lift, and general work area
Achieve hourly goals
Work closely with the parts and service departments
Ensure quality work
Demonstrate a “servant’s heart” by creating unique and personalized experiences
Requirements : High school diploma
Technical school training
ASE certifications are preferred
Professional appearance and communication
Genuine desire to serve
Ability to multitask
Desire for long-term career development
