Responsibilities :
Manage parts inventory
Assist customers with parts needs
Respond quickly to the needs of technicians
Handle shipping and receiving inventory
Provide and counsel Assistant Service Managers withpricing options of needed parts
Manage and track all special order parts
Assist in online requests and sales
Follow-up professionally with current and future customers
Demonstrate a “servant’s heart” by creating unique andpersonalized experiences
Manage, organize, and track all customer interactions inour system
Achieve critical sales goals and customer satisfactiongoals
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree
Organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Luxury retail experience preferred
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Self-motivation
