Sewer Equipment is adding a Customer Service Representative to our team. This position champions the after sales effort by building & maintaining relationships with customers, solving problems and ensuring positive interactions for a perceived value-added to every transaction.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Process orders ranging in difficulty from basic to very complex.
- Maintain accurate records of prices, inventory, and other key information
- Navigate between multiple data sources to provide Warranty and RMA support for our customers
- Record all sales transactions in Made2Manage software
- Follow prescribed credit card processing procedures
- Provide communication and support to associated departments and managers to enable best practices
- Any additional duties assigned by the manager
