Job Summary
As a Drain Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial drain systems. This includes clearing clogs, inspecting sewer lines, and assisting with trenchless pipe repair and replacement. If you have experience in drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and sewer diagnostics, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform drain cleaning and clog removal using augers, hydro jetting, and other equipment
- Conduct video camera inspections to assess sewer line conditions
- Diagnose and repair drain and sewer issues, including minor pipe repairs and root intrusion removal
- Assist with trenchless pipe lining (CIPP) and pipe bursting installations
- Communicate with customers professionally, explaining findings and recommendations
- Maintain and operate service vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry regulations
- Provide outstanding customer service and uphold the company’s reputation
Qualifications
✅ Experience in drain cleaning, sewer line inspections, and hydro jetting preferred
✅ Basic knowledge of plumbing and sewer systems required
✅ Ability to use drain cleaning machines, augers, and hydro jetting equipment
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✅ Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and basements
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✅ Willingness to work in various weather conditions and after-hours as needed
