What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatch Office Manager position at Sewer Septic Company?
No weekends or late nights...
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities
- On Site position
- Create and maintain the service technician and driver schedules
- Schedule return trips with customers/clients
- Enter service calls, schedule calls, and generates call debriefing with technicians daily
- Maintain customer database
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, service invoicing, and general inquiries
- Respond to service technician's requests online and/or by phone
- Schedule follow-up preventative maintenance appointments
- Review and complete service work orders for accuracy
- Assist with invoice and payroll preparation
- Participate in all company-sponsored training classes
- Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients
Qualifications:
- Geographical knowledge of service areas or exceptional map reading skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Must be detail oriented and able to multitask
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
