Landscaping - Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader

We are looking for a Landscape Grounds Maintenance Crew Supervisor who is experienced in mowing, trimming, and overall grounds keeping, while also excelling in customer communication. This role is responsible for leading a maintenance crew, ensuring high-quality service, and interacting with clients to maintain strong relationships and customer satisfaction.

• Operate and oversee the use of mowing equipment, weed eaters, blowers, and other landscape tools.
• Lead, train, and supervise a crew responsible for mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards.
• Maintain safe and professional job sites by enforcing safety protocols and proper equipment use.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of landscaping equipment.
• Ensure all tools and supplies are stocked, organized, and in good working condition.
• Report any property or equipment damage and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Keep detailed records of completed work in our software.

Jobs will be performed at multiple property locations depending on schedule.

Maintenance - $17-$21 per hour, DOE. Overtime is available on a regular basis.
