Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and diagnosing roofing and siding issues with precision and professionalism.
- Performing efficient, high-quality repairs on roofs and siding to meet company standards.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of repair projects.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns or questions.
- Documenting completed repairs and reporting any additional issues or recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Roofing Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various roofing materials, installation methods, and repair techniques.
- Ability to work at heights and navigate various types of roofs.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications in roofing, such as roofing repair or installation training, are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
