Duties:
Seymour Eye Clinic is looking for a Receptionist/ophthalmic assistant.
This job includes working closely with patients to get them checked in, answering phone calls, computer work, and general patient services.
Local Ophthalmology/Optometry practice is currently seeking a full-time receptionist
- The applicant needs to be able to multi task, work at a fast pace, be a team player, and have a positive, friendly attitude when working with patients and staff members.
- Customer service skills necessary
Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Criminal screening is required as a condition of employment
Salary dependent on experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or medical receptionist role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
