What You’ll Do :

As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our restaurant’s success. You will :

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to curate exceptional menus and pairings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational goals.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring an unparalleled dining experience.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, cultivating future leaders.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within a high-end or fine dining restaurant.
  • A deep understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
