Aetna's Medicare Stars Data Intelligence (DI) team is an integral part of the Medicare business.  We are seeking a Manager, Informatics to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team.  The DI team manages data environments, reporting and web applications that support Medicare and Stars-specific initiatives.

This position will include:

• Quality Assurance: Responsible for quality analyst role work within our Data Engineering team/web application portfolio. 
• Quality Analysis: Responsible for all test documentation on assigned projects within the Data Engineering team/web application portfolio (e.g. logging detailed test cases, test results, and defects within our software development lifecycle (SDLC) tool).   
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including business and technology partners, to understand their needs and align solutions with their expectations.

In this fast-paced environment, the candidate will have opportunities to work with a wide variety of Medicare business areas and applications.  Within the team, the candidate will interact with skilled analysts and technical partners.

Location can be in Moon Township, Pennsylvania or Hartford, Connecticut.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 or more years of healthcare, health insurance or a relevant combination of experience
• Experience with writing and executing SQL queries in DB2 and SQL Server database environments
• Demonstrated ability to document and conduct data testing and/or Functional user interface (UI) and regression testing
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across business areas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Proven track record of successfully delivering on projects
• Medicare Stars knowledge
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies including SAFe concepts as well as familiarity with Agile SDLC tools such as Rally.
• Experience with advanced analytics tools such as SAS or SSIS
•  Experience with API testing through SoapUi or Postman
• Experience with automation testing

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
