As a Manager of Rx Product Development organization, you will be responsible for the management, development, and delivery of a large outbound customer outreach program. You will collaborate with cross-functional business partners to demonstrate value of CVS Pharmacy programs, find new avenues of script and margin growth, and experiment with and implement new program interventions. You will enable data-driven strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for existing product improvement and new product development.
In this role, you will:
- Proactively take the initiative to act and operate with high levels of accountability.
- Use your strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities.
- Think critically, connecting the dots across multiple inputs, insights, constraints, to discern the best course of action.
- Be highly inquisitive and curious, developing a deep understanding and subject matter expertise of the customer journey.
- Interpret data to build actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve the product and/or customer experience.
- Prepare status reporting and monitor product performance to proactively identify and address issues.
- Develop a story and accompanying slides that concisely summarize findings, occasionally to presenting to senior executives.
- Conduct experiments and improve performance and efficiencies for CVS’ largest existing programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., experimentation, IT, operations) to develop new program ideas, and interventions to improve script and margin growth for CVS.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a role that involves strategic problem solving and/or new product development.
- 3 years technical experience in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; some Access or other database knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH)
- Work experience within the healthcare industry
- 1 years of experience with SQL
Education
- Bachelor degree or 3 years job related equivalent
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $136,500.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
