Position Summary

The Manager, Project Management (Implementation) for real estate projects is accountable for and manages the development, implementation and ongoing management of Medicaid implementations and more complex projects and deliverables. You will support all aspects of the project such as planning, coordinating, developing, while prioritizing work, resources, financial implications, and timelines. You will ensure the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s), deliverables and due dates are met. This role is highly collaborative often managing relationships across the Aetna segments, health plans, leadership, and multiple functional areas.
Fundamental Job Components:
- Support Real Estate projects in all stages through strategy planning to final occupancy
- Responsible for collaborating with key functional Medicaid departments/Aetna organizations to define the requirements and design of toll-free number call flows
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with Voice Engineering as well as submit the full requirements package for toll-free number processing and follow it through from start to finish
- Conduct testing of toll-free numbers and all queues prior to project go live and communicate all relevant information along with all skill/queue details to the departments
- Oversee Call Management Software (CMS) and/or Cisco Systems and submit requests for all call center management to have reporting and administrative access to their appropriate skills/queues.
- Also serves as lead to administer and/or coordinate CMS/Cisco training to call center managers.
- Responsible for collaborating with key functional Medicaid departments/Aetna AIS/Desktop teams to drive all the bulk ordering of equipment and phone extensions for all new health plan FTE’s
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with Desktop Support as well as the process to have laptops imaged, built, and shipped to each new hire’s home with monitor(s) and accessories
- Serve as Security Coordinator to request systems access for new hires, specifically as it relates to mainframe access
- Provides input on business plan to achieve business goals.
- Proactively leads assigned project by creating project timeline, identifying key milestones and additional tasks and resources needed to successfully complete the work.
- Manages internal relationships, processes and performance measures.
- Negotiates to ensure deliverables are met.
- Identifies issues and risks that may impact the project, trouble-shoots and builds mitigation strategies and escalates as needed across governance.
- Tracks progress and communicates project status on a regular basis to all impacted parties.
- Builds communication plan and facilitates cross-functional meetings with purpose, agenda and detailed notes.
- Provides project leadership in identifying gaps and recommending enhancements related to new and/or existing workplans and processes.
- Demonstrates ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Demonstrates ability to deliver presentations and facilitate large group meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of successful project management experience in business operations or similar disciplines with increasingly more complex projects across a highly matrixed organization
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite Applications, such as Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Microsoft Project and/or Asana experience
- Project/program expertise in stakeholder facilitations, communications, and relationship management
- Demonstrated skills in building/directing an internal team to collaborate with a broad team of SMEs from diverse organizational backgrounds to effectively meet project goals and affect change
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in health care/managed care
- PMP Certification
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $119,300.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
