Position Summary
As the Manager of Communications and Change Management Specialist at CVS Health, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic development and execution of communication plans that facilitate effective change management within the organization. Your responsibilities will include crafting and disseminating clear, engaging content across multiple platforms, driving the adoption of transformative initiatives like Microsoft Copilot, and leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT to optimize communication processes. You will also analyze and optimize technology investments, monitor contract-related data, and deliver insights and value realization across our technology portfolio. Your strong writing skills, proficiency in MS Teams, and experience with AI and ChatGPT will be crucial in managing a team dedicated to enhancing colleague experience and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to ensure effective change management processes.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with organizational goals and initiatives.
·Design and deliver engaging content across various platforms, including the company intranet, MS Teams, and Viva Engage, to inform and educate colleagues about changes and updates.
·Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
·Providing self-service resources to equip colleagues with the necessary skills and knowledge for embracing change.
·Drive strong promotion and adoption of new initiatives, particularly the rollout of Microsoft Copilot, which is owned by our organization.
·Utilize AI tools, including ChatGPT, to enhance communication strategies and content creation.
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in communications, change management, or a related field.
3 years of using MS Teams and MS Office 365 applications.
3 years of AI and ChatGPT prompts.
3 years of experience creating intranet articles, MS Teams posts, and Viva Engage posts.
- 1 years of experience for video creation using animation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent writing and communications skills, with adherence to AP style guide, excellent grammar, and familiarity with Axios writing style.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Adept at using digital communication tools and platforms, with a focus on driving engagement and adoption.
Prior work in a Digital Colleague Experience Management Office.
Organizational change management industry certifications.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma 4 years relevant experience)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
