Position Summary
The Senior Analyst in the Command Center Operations (CCO) builds on the primary duties and responsibilities of the Analyst role to provide advanced skills for monitoring and escalating issues primarily within the Pharmacy Services (PS) environment for Systems and Applications. The key components of the position include the ability to apply advanced knowledge to diagnose, respond, and assist in remediating issues affecting availability in these dynamic environments.

The position is an overnight shift in our Command Center. Work hours will include weekend and holiday work schedules as a requirement.

Required Qualifications
•    Minimum 2 years experience preferably in IT customer service, product support, or production support.

Must be able to work night shift : 6pm to 6am (Arizona time only)      

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in operating within corporate Data Center and or Command Center environments. 
Experience using an IT service management tool such as ServiceNow. 

Education

•     Associates degree or equivalent experience.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
