Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team from a remote location. Based in or around New Orleans is preferred, but remote applicants are welcome!
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks by handling various administrative duties, managing schedules, and supporting our team’s overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Handle email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and reports
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials
- Conduct research as needed for projects and business tasks
- Coordinate virtual meetings, including setting up conference calls and preparing agendas
- Manage social media accounts and assist with basic marketing tasks (if applicable)
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software or tools
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup
