We are currently seeking to hire a Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team at our Riverside, California location.

Position Overview: The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, from vendor management, warehouse fulfillment, and distribution. This role requires strategic planning and execution to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure the timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and improve overall operational efficiency.

· Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to ensure optimal service levels.

· Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze supply chain processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery

· Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to minimize costs while ensuring product availability, conducting regular audits, and optimizing stock management processes.

· Logistics Coordination: Oversee logistics and transportation operations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as sales, marketing, and headquarter to forecast demand and align supply chain activities with business needs.

· Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

· Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.

· Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and drive decision-making processes.

· Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

· 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, warehouse fulfillment and vendor management.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

· English and Chinese bilingual speaker is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
