This position requires the ability to work in the Salem, MA offices.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network architectures across multiple locations.
- Support and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity for remote offices.
- Conduct network site surveys and implement network setup for new branch and remote office locations.
- Configure and optimize network services such as BGP, VPN, and firewall policies.
- Manage and support Cisco (Catalyst / Nexus) network infrastructure, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Implement and maintain Palo Alto, Cisco, and Fortinet firewalls and VPN solutions, including GlobalProtect VPN for secure remote access.
- Deploy and manage Cisco Webex telephony systems, ensuring seamless voice and video communication.
- Configure and manage NAC solutions
- Experience with Cloud Central Wi-Fi management.
- Monitor network performance, proactively identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and security.
- Collaborate with security teams and application teams to optimize network performance and security.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve network infrastructure and security.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and high availability for business-critical applications.
Required Qualifications :
Education and / or Experience : Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent from four-year or technical school; or ten years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : Microsoft and Cisco Certifications are preferred but not required. All certifications must be maintained and current.
