Job Summary
As a Building Services Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining access systems, cell phone program, copiers, maintaining Facilities calendar, and administration of fleet program.
Responsibilities
- Purchase and maintain inventory of building office supplies.
- Maintain building access systems database.
- Handle the administration on Company Fleet Program and pool vehicles.
- Oversee the administration of Company cell phone program.
- Assist with building coverage and the building rules set forth by the Facilities Manager are followed.
- Coordinate facilities functions in meeting and event preparation.
- Maintain department calendar for upcoming meetings and events.
- Enter invoices in WorkDay for processing.

Salary Range
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
