Essential Functions |

Maintain cleanliness of property by removing litter, debris, leaves and other materials with use of blowing equipment and/or other tools. |
• |
Clean storm drains as needed. |
• |
Maintain inventory for breakrooms and janitorial supplies. |
• |
Set up for meetings and company functions |
• |
Assist with furniture arrangement (moving) and installation. |
• |
Process all incoming and outgoing mail |
• |
Handle all bank deposits |
• |
Run company-related errands in the Jackson Metro area to support daily operations. |
• |
Assist Facilities Specialist with general maintenance. |
Additional Responsibilities |

• |
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record. |
• |
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. |
• |
Regular and predictable attendance is required. |
