Role and Responsibilities: The Innovation Analyst III explores emerging trends, technologies, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for organizational growth. They evaluate industry disruptions, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic insights.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implement strategies across emerging technologies in IT and business areas to enhance collaboration, development, infrastructure, deployment, and testing
- Complete IT assignments in a timely manner
- Implement corrective actions when the project plan deviates from the intended course
- Assist in the development of policies and guidelines for managerial staff
- Align business requirements with IT systems
- Develop plans for testing software applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; or a combination of education and experience
- Four years of Information Technology Experience
- Information Technology experience is any experience gained while in an information technology role or job. This experience may include:
- Web, mobile, or backend development
- Network, server, or PC administration
- Database Administration
- Automated, manual, or behavioral testing
- Systems or application analysis
- Technical support
- Cyber defense or security operations
- System Monitoring and Operations
- Working knowledge of security software, computer network systems and databases
- Advanced skills regarding installation of security software; security administration; security related utilities; development and deployment of security practices and policies
- Related third-party software experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to function effectively in the workplace as exhibited through one's integrity, courage to act and communication skills
