Role and Responsibilities: The Procurement Specialist will manage formalized processes for processing, monitoring and auditing activities related to our third-party vendors, and work with business areas to find vendor solutions that will support their needs. This role is highly visible and will support high value initiatives throughout the Company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support vendor sourcing and procurement processes as requested by business areas and Product Owners throughout the Company
- Process vendor onboarding and due diligence requirements
- Conduct market research to evaluate and recommend leading vendors in the industry in regard to potential hardware, software, and services to meet the business needs of the Company
- Collect and prepare procurement documents, including quotes, proposals/statements of work, and contract terms and conditions for stakeholder review
- Complete vendor risk reviews during renewal periods
- Ensure all vendor-related financial activity is processed, documented, and accounted for in the appropriate reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time and determine work priority to ensure continued progress toward goals
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
