About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician and Customer Service Specialist to join our Orem, Utah-based team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment, as well as interacting with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems to restore full functionality.
- Install and set up our products and systems according to specifications.
- Test and verify the proper functioning of our EFOY fuel cells after repairs or installations.
- Coordinate with other service centers and the HQ for data exchange to optimize service and customer experience.
Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests.
- Offer guidance and instructions to customers on the operation and maintenance of our products.
- Identify and address customer concerns or complaints, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent communication and build strong relationships with customers.
