Job Title: Service Technician and Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to join our team at our location in Orem, Utah, United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to providing top-notch service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repairs:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems to restore full functionality.
- Install and set up our products and systems according to specifications.
- Test and verify the proper functioning of our EFOY fuel cells after repairs or installations.
- Coordinate with other service centers and the HQ for data exchange to optimize service and customer experience.
- Provide technical support and customer service:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests.
- Offer guidance and instructions to customers on the operation and maintenance of our products.
- Identify and address customer concerns or complaints, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent communication and build strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certification or degree in a related field, customer service experience is a plus.
- Experience with preparing quotations and with ERP Systems.
- Familiarity with energy or related industries.
