Summary of Position :
The mission of the Business Development Coordinator – is to drive and support the sales team across the US and elevate the SFE brand. The successful candidate will drive productivity and profitability to achieve set sales targets and drive sustainable, profitable growth aligned to the strategic business plan. Provide direct support to the sales and marketing team to engage and nurture prospective clients, focus on developing new leads, and identify new opportunities.

Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop frequently lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to travel

Responsibilities :
- Manage proposal production: printing and shipping
- Manage Business Development’s office supplies
- Proofread and review other team member’s proposals as a second review
- Assist in tradeshow marketing/campaigning to raise awareness of booth
- Manage and coordinate tradeshow set-up and take-down
- Track budget and expenses for tradeshows
- Report, track and maintain all tradeshow leads and contact information
- Manage and track sales activities through Sales Force
- Aid in scheduling and organization of presentations, pre-bid conferences and conference calls
- Generate, cultivate and foster relationships with key school business officials
- Assist in sales meeting coordination
- Other duties, as assigned
- Bachelor degree in Business/Communication or multi-years’ experience in relevant field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing or administrative support
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven skills/experience in managing supplier/customer relationships
- Computer skills: MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
- InDesign Software experience preferred
- Experience utilizing Sales Force or equivalent
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in multiple territories
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
