National Contracting Center (www.nccagent.com) is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Sales Support team. Reporting directly to the NCC Sales Support Manager, this role will develop and implement creative and data-driven marketing strategies to generate qualified leads that will convert to sales. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to apply hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing in a fast-paced and engaging environment. Please note that this role is hybrid (Knoxville metro area) with 3 days/week in the office. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:


    • create and develop innovative marketing and advertising strategies to support business objectives
    • measure, assess, and report results with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
    • analyze sales and marketing metrics, data from population group surveys, economic and market trends, and various methods of advertising
    • ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels and engage in reputation management
    • solicit and use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
    • clearly communicate our value proposition to various stakeholders
    • create branded marketing and educational materials, including brochures, flyers, sales tools, and promotional products
    • collaborate with employees and independent career agents (ICAs) on lead generation strategies, development of referral partners, educational events/seminars, conferences, community events, public relations events, and sponsorships; plan and promote events and ensure appropriate representation
    • develop and manage external communications, such as website, e-blasts, emails, blogs, LinkedIn, social media, etc.
    • collaborate across SFG and NCC for sharing marketing ideas, process improvements, cross-training, and to increase the value we offer to Medicare beneficiaries, agents, and agencies
    • Evaluate and manage lead generation sources and implement digital lead generation campaigns


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • experience with social media scheduling and graphic design platforms like Buffer and Canva
    • Experience in varied marketing functions, especially social media management, lead generation, digital marketing, and ROI reporting
    • Proficiency in MS Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook),
    • familiarity with SEO/SEM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook ads and analytics, social media platforms, content management systems
    • high level of technology/business acumen
    • experience creating B2C and B2B marketing plans preferred 
    • experience with data analysis
    • experience with online training platforms and videoconferencing tools, e.g., Teams, WebEx, GoToMeeting, Zoom
    • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • exceptional content writing and proofreading skills
    • working understanding of print and web design principles
    • demonstrated knowledge of Medicare and other Senior insurance products preferred
    • entrepreneurial experience, large or small
    • experience with lead generation techniques
    • community/volunteer leadership experience
