What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager position at SFI Health?
The FP&A Manager role is to own the following corporate planning objectives :
- Planning and budgeting, more specifically financial planning
- Management and performance reporting
- Provision of commercial insight for cash, costs and profit enhancement
- Commercial partnering in all aspects of S&OP process covering financial insight alongside manufacturing, customer
The FP&A Manager is expected to work collaboratively with all commercial heads and provide / interpret insights. The FP&A manager needs to be strategically astute, possess strong commercial instinct, able to bring commercial insight in areas where finance is not a core capability.
Management of budget planning process
The FP&A Manager, under the leadership of the GM and Head of Finance (HoF) own and coordinates all financial activities towards delivery of the annual budget.
Management and reporting of monthly performance and quarterly reforecasting.
The FP&A reports performance achievement regionally and globally, with insights into variances, causes of variances, and remediation
plans.
Deliver commercial insights in the S&OP Cycle
Own and present financial KPIs in all S&OP meetings
