If so then I have the opportunity for YOU !We off great medical benefits, retirement plan and (401k / I.R.A)Foreman Pay : $28.00-$35.00 (or higher based on experience)Forman Shift : Monday - Friday : 7am - 4pmShop Foreman Qualifications : Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems (including electrical schematic) must be able to repair and troubleshoot. Will be working on heavy machinery either independently or with a teamRepair and troubleshoot class 8 and class 7 trucks along with the Vacuum Module SystemOversee preventative maintenance on vacuum trucks, tractors and trailers
- Complete and / or supervise annual inspections on trucks and trailersPlan and schedule efficient workflow throughout the shop
- Proficient with computer systems diagnostic equipmentProgram engine computers (Cummins, Detroit, Paccar etc.)Perform new truck inspection and run ups in addition will also handle the sale truck inspection run upsMust be able to weld, cut and fabricate all types of trucks and machineryAble to operate all types of testing devices, as well as all shop machineryAssist in teaching employee’s when required, will also train customers on all equipmentEnsure all technician labor / time sheets are completed and drive productivity for each service technicianHold meetings with technicians to go over projects and department goals
- Oversee equipment check-in and check-out for rental equipment and trucksAssist in maintaining all safety practices in the shopPerform other related duties as assignedDiesel / Fleet Mechanic Requirements : Require High School Graduate or equivalentManual dexterity skillsCDL helpful but not requiredKnowledge of shop mathematics, precision tools and special skills as requiredSupervisory / Teaching abilityAbility to lift 50 pounds or more infrequentlyTen years’ experience on Class 7 / 8 trucks or 3 years’ experience repairing vacuum modules or completion of the Vactor CBT Training course, completion of Cummins training, completion of hydraulic training course, completion of Detroit diesel course and two year’s vacuum module experience or ASE master certificationComplete set of hand tools to complete all work requiredWill stand, stoop, crouch, bend and climb short ladders repeatedly throughout the dayMust have your own hand tools. - $150 yearly Tool Bonus granted annually.If you are looking to grow your career with a company that holds value and respect for their team, apply now for immediate consideration.
