POSITION DESCRIPTION
The People Team : Internal Communications Intern will work cross-functionally to both lead and support People Team initiatives focused on internal communications and general People (Human Resources) Operations while keeping employee events, culture-building and DEIA, in general preview. The Internal Communications Intern will be tasked with both day-to-day project and administrative support duties for exposure to a range of general human resources operations. The Intern will also own an entire project end to end over the ten weeks with the support of team and cross-functional museum partners.

Over the 9-week program the Talent and People Operations Intern will work on two video-based projects. This work will include, but is not limited to :

The Internal Communications Intern will gain exposure to and hands-on experience with :
ADDITIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMMING
The Summer 2025 Internship will offer 9 weeks of hands-on experience and mentorship along with weekly presentations and discussions with various departments in the museum, off-site educational visits within the Bay Area community, and access to various tours and events within the museum.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
7,200 - $7,200 one-time$7,200 pre-tax stipend paid out in a one-lump sum after start date
