- Manage the technical R&D projects, quality assurance initiatives, and process improvement efforts for the Waco facility. Objectives for each initiative are consistent with the plant’s quality goals, productivity improvements, raw material cost savings, and new product development.
- Product mix includes flexible packaging products utilizing rotogravure printing, adhesive laminations, slitting, and die cutting. Customer base includes M&M Mars, Mondelez, Perfetti Van Melle, etc.
- Lead plant quality steering team
- Coordinate customer quality audits and GMP / Product Safety audits
- Monitor quality system effectiveness by coordinating internal audits
- Lead quality improvement teams and process improvement initiatives on prime equipment (productivity improvement, waste reduction, cost savings, etc.)
- Interfaces with customers on quality or technical issues
Compensation:
- The annual base salary range for this role is from $125,600 to $141,300, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of the base salary.
