In this role, you’ll work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to oversee and manage retirement plans, support annual reviews, lead client education sessions, maintain proactive outreach, and streamline plan paperwork and workflows across systems. This is a growth-focused role with plenty of opportunities to develop professionally and advance within our firm.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to Relationship Managers (RMs) in retirement plan administration, including annual reviews, participant education, proactive outreach, and plan sponsor relationship management.
  • Oversee workflows in Salesforce and RPAG, ensuring client data is accurate and organized.
  • Prepare and upload essential plan documents, such as meeting minutes, FIRs, record-keeper reviews, and compliance materials, ensuring easy access for clients.
  • Assist with client onboarding, including coordinating with the PRC and managing billing processes.
  • Support RMs with compliance updates, regulatory changes, RFPs, and plan transitions, including preparing presentations and keeping records up to date.
  • Ensure 3(38) investment lineups are updated semi-annually and assist with batch reporting.
  • Collaborate regularly with the team to review plans, address priorities, and align on client strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with Qualified Retirement Plans, is preferred.
  • FINRA Series 6 license and a retirement plan designation are a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe, Salesforce, RPAG, and OneDrive is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of industry and fiduciary principles that align with our core values.
  • A passion for learning, growing, and working in a collaborative team environment.
