SFR Cost Seg is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for an Appointment Setter to join our front-line sales development team. You’ll play a crucial role in helping real estate investors and business owners uncover powerful tax-saving opportunities through our Cost Segregation Study services.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with inbound leads—primarily real estate investors and business owners—who’ve shown interest in our services.
- Qualify leads by asking a few questions to determine their eligibility and potential benefit from our services
- Use our CRM to track, update, and manage lead statuses with precision and consistency.
- Schedule discovery calls between qualified leads and our Closers, ensuring a smooth and professional handoff.
- Follow up consistently and promptly with leads who need more information, time, or nurturing.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communicator with a warm, confident phone presence.
- Experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or outbound/inbound sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) or a strong willingness to learn.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented—able to manage multiple leads without dropping the ball.
- Interest or experience in real estate or tax strategy is a bonus (but not required).
- Motivated by measurable goals and loves helping people take action.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
