Group Leader- Spray Paint Dept-1st Shift
SFS Group USA, Inc. is seeking a Group Leader- Spray Paint Dept to join our team in Exeter Township, PA. You will be a key member of the manufacturing leadership team by focusing on leading a team to proactively support continuous improvement, productivity, and safety-oriented projects to further business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Hands on leadership of small team of machine operators to productivity excellence
- Actively participate in packaging/bagging, hanging, and blasting and learn Paint Technician, Color Match Tech, or Wax Station duties.
- Inspect parts and follow SFS inspection processes for quality
- Data entry of SAP transactions for meeting daily production goals
- Administrative tasks as required- reporting, time keeping, hiring and disciplinary documentation, processing timecards, etc.
- Support predictive and preventative maintenance process
- Prevents and detects potential quality problems by following the QES (Quality, Environmental, Safety) standards
- Hiring, training, and retaining employees
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
- Cleaning machinery, workstation, and other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Min. 2 years in warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisor role with ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving productivity goals
- Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software
- Safety-first mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
