Printer Operator (ME) Weekend Shift

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Printer Operator to join the Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday, 5am-5:30pm) in our Portland, ME facility. This fast-paced role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the satisfaction of producing high-quality printed materials.

• Operate Canon laser, Riso inkjet, and Canon mono printing equipment (experience preferred)
• Operate Laminating machine, Standard Die Cutter, and Cutter.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Set up and operate printing machines efficiently.
• Monitor printing jobs for quality and accuracy.
• Perform necessary adjustments to ensure consistent output.
• Clean and maintain printing equipment.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve work performance and learn new skills.

• Experience operating printing equipment (color and mono preferred)
• Knowledge in Bindery, Die cutting, and Lamination.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in basic computer and technology use
• Ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of basic math, fractions, and percentages

Physical Requirements

• Able to frequently lift 10-20 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods (10-12 hours)
• Able to bend, push, and pull carts.
