We are currently seeking a Dedicated QA Engineer to validate PDF files, physical printed letters, and documents, and to collaborate with our software development team by testing software, including both CLI-based and web-based applications, as well as APIs. When you bring curiosity into the workplace, you're growing yourself, your teammates, and MPX.Competitive Salary and Benefits include : Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidays paid time off401k matchSTD, LTD life insuranceOnsite fitness facility Requirements Validate PDF files, physical printed letters, and documents to ensure accuracy and quality.Develop, document, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans for internal CLI based software, internal web software, internal and client facing APIs, and client facing web software.Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.Report and track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Work with clients to assist in UAT, providing guidance to the client, and entering tickets for follow up enhancements or defects identified during the Client's review.Skills & Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.Expertise in validating PDF files and physical printed documents.Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications : Experience with automated testing tools.Knowledge of scripting languages.Familiarity with PHP or PHP Unit.
