Employee of the Quarter Program
$50 per nominee
$500 for winners (3 winners)

Commissions Program for certain community based positions.
Job Summary
Oversee repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant homes, as well as the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure maintenance tickets are completed in a timely manner.
- Lawn care including: mowing, edging, spraying for weeds
- Plumbing knowledge including water and sewer connections/lines
- Knowledge of general maintenance protocol
- Repair and rehab mobile homes
- Painting
- Light electrical
- General park cleanup
- Will take and address after hours emergency calls and respond accordingly
- Employee shall devote all of his/her working time, attention, knowledge, and skills to Employer's business interests and shall do so in good faith, with best efforts, and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Employer
- Employee shall also perform such other duties as are customarily performed by other persons in similar positions, as well as such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Employer.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions/Environment
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- Must be able to work up to 29 hours per week.
- Capable of working up to 8 hours a day if/when applicable, with occasional longer days if needing to address emergencies.
- Capable of climbing, kneeling, crouching, bending, crawling, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 or more with assistance
- Capable of operating machinery, such as mower, weed eater, other lawn care machinery, backhoe and similarly sized machines, other equipment needed to repair and refurbish mobile homes.
- Additional physical demands include: being outside/walking across communities in various weather conditions, on foot for an extended period of time, walking up and down stairs, climbing ladder.
- Must be able to interact with residents consistently.
- Must be able to deliver notices to residents when applicable/as needed.
Salary : $50 - $250
