Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) /Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in the management of patient records and documentation.
- Perform routine assessments and monitor patients' vital signs.
- Catheterize patients as needed and provide wound care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Stay updated on best practices in nursing, including knowledge of physiology and emergency medicine.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN/RN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in nursing home settings or urgent care preferred.
- Knowledge of critical care protocols is an asset.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and sonography is a plus.
- Proficient in administering dermal fillers is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
