Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Supervisor, Urology
Duration: Full-Time, Nights
Location: Dallas, TX 75246
Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3 Shifts/Week | 36 Hours/Week
Pay rate: $43-$53/hr
Required Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program
License/Certification:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – must be AHA-certified (required within 30 days of hire)
- Leadership: Previous charge or supervisory experience preferred

- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure quality, safety, and policy compliance.
- Support staff development and ERAS initiatives.
- Oversee ostomy care and education.
