Position: RN Tele
Location: Temple, TX 76508
Duration: Full-Time Permanent
Shift: Day / Night Rotate
Weekend Schedule: 12-Hour (Ghrs 36)
Pay Rate: $43–$53/hr
Requirements: TX State License, BLS

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- RN License – Texas or Compact State
- BLS Certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a telemetry unit.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate care as needed.
- Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans.
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with safety protocols.

Pay: $43.00 - $53.00 per hour
