Role : RN Unit Manager
Location : 1008 Thompson St, Jersey Shore, PA 17740
Shift : 7:00am to 3:30pm (Monday to Friday & 1 Weekend a Month Required)
17 Weeks & 40 Hrs Guaranteed
Job Summary:
The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing staff within the assigned unit. This leadership role focuses on clinical excellence, staff coordination, and adherence to healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper patient care delivery.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Mentor and train nursing staff to maintain professional development.
- Oversee unit staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Address patient and family concerns effectively.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license; BSN preferred.
- 2 years of nursing and leadership experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $61.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
