Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist
Location: Newton, NJ
Shift: 4-day workweek, 9.5-hour shifts (7 AM - 5 PM)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join our dynamic team in Newton, NJ. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with cardiac and vascular procedures, ensuring exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcedural Support & Patient Care
- Assist with cardiac catheterization (PCI STEMI), pacemaker insertions, peripheral vascular, and interventional radiology procedures.
- Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data during procedures.
- Provide procedural support to physicians before, during, and after procedures.
- Assess and manage vascular access sites to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare and educate patients about procedures to ensure informed consent.
Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to Cath Lab on-call protocols as required.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance to support procedural success.
Required Qualifications & Skills Education & Certification
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
Licenses & Experience
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
- BLS, ACLS & IABP experience (required).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in scrubbing and monitoring during cardiac procedures.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamic principles

Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per week
