Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility protocols and healthcare regulations.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments accurately.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and rehabilitation programs.
- Develop, implement, and update patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and therapists.
- Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff (for RNs).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care provided.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medication management, and recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety policies, and healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Active LPN or RN license in the NJ
- Experience in a nursing home, rehab, or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $37.69 - $39.28 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
