MRI Technologist
Shift: Monday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist to join our team in Danvers, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing MRI procedures on patients while ensuring safety, comfort, and a high standard of quality imaging. This is an on-call position with 3-4 shifts per month based on departmental needs, providing a flexible work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate GE and Philips MRI systems to perform imaging procedures.
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout MRI procedures.
Maintain high standards of image quality for accurate diagnostic results.
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff.
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment as needed.
Keep detailed records and documentation of procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field..
Licensure/Certification:
ARRT(MR) certification required (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Magnetic Resonance Imaging). BLS
Requirements:
COVID-19 Vaccination Booster and 2024-2025 Flu Vaccine are required at the time of submission
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
