Duties

- Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.

- Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices.
- Address any staffing issues or conflicts promptly and effectively while promoting teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques for patient handling.
Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge in areas such as geriatrics, behavioral health, PICU, sonography, and general hospital settings.
- Proficient in medical documentation practices and electronic health record systems.
- Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills for effective team management.
- Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility when necessary.
